I've had bedbugs 3 times in 6 months.

The landlords have tried to blame it on a camping trip, a new roomate, and even the body of a woman who died on the 6th floor.

They have been utterly disrespectful and have tried to gaslight us into thinking that the building doesn't have a problem even though we see the exterminator van spray weekly. Do not live here!

Update from unit 208: the landlord's chemical treatments did not solve the infestation! They bugs came back in a few months later. Landlord kept gaslighting us and refusing to acknowledge how bad the problem was.

We ended up paying for our own service to heat up all our belongings in a big truck during our move out.

In our last month we met another neighbor who got bed bugs on the 3rd floor.

AVOID AT ALL COSTS!!!!

Minor infestation in unit 208 in September to October 2019 in both bedrooms and living room. Thankfully we caught it early. Landlord was co-operative in getting treatments done, but we had to push to get multiple treatments done. Treatment company used seemed sketchy (low ratings on Google maps), but to be fair it's March 2020 and we haven't seen the buggos come back.
