Stayed here in March 2014 for 3 nights. Started noticing bites a week after arriving home. It took us 5 months of cleaning, vacuuming and laundering sheets 3-4 times per week to get rid of these things! We found about 5 bugs through the process. We had a bed bug dog come to our house to see how bad the infestation was. The dog trainer said there wasn't a large infestation, we must've just brought a few home with us. Ughhhh, I hope we never have to go through that again!!

I stayed at this hotel in January 2012. About 1 week later noticed bumps all over my hands, between my fingers and arms. I was diagnosed with scabes. I remember seeing a red bug crawling in the bed.. so gross!

stayed at HGI for three days in early August 2011. Bites started to show up about a week later once we returned home.
