The so called REFRESHED Americinn was anything but with the encounter we had on those dates. We were subjected to bed bugs of which my wife was the only one to receive bites. We asked to speak to a manager, but never encounter one during our stay. Upon arriving home we cleaned everything so as not to transmit them to our home. My wife did not far as well, and had to go to the Doctor with severe bites on the upper part of her body including her face. This was her worst fea

September 12, 2013 - What a pleasant experience. Not a bed bug in sight! I stayed 3 nights while on a business trip and found both the hotel and my room to be extremely clean. Before bringing my belongings into the room, I inspected both beds, drawers, closet, and curtains. The mattresses were pristine and the bedding was fresh. No bugs and no bites.

My husband stayed here Jan 16 2011 then returned home. Two days later I was covered with "breakfast lunch and dinner" bites. A bedbug sniffing dog confirmed bed bugs in our bed room at home. This has required 2 heat treatments of our home at a total cost of $3000.

We awoke to find small blood spots on our sheet. As we looked closer, there were small red bugs on the pillow cases and on the bed sheet. We pulled the sheet down and found an adult bed bug on the bed sheet. As we inspected the bed more, we found adult bed bugs crawling on the head board and under the mattress pad.
