This hotel is now called the Wingate by Windham, and there were definately bugs biting us all night. when we notified front desk they told us it must be an allergy to the soap in the sheets. there were bugs under the mattress and they refused to refund our money.

Woke up to bed bugs! "Baby" one crawling on my pillow. One adult one on my mother's bed and another adult on my bed.
The owner claimed it was a tick. We knew better.
