7/19/13 - Checked in, roomm was musty smelling and stale. Knowing this was our only option as this area is booked months in advance. We dropped out bags and headed out to explore. We woke Saturday morning to bedbugs! The most disgusting thing I have ever seen. We were offered 25% stay and we checked out. I called back on MOnday to speak to a manager and the "gatekeeper" at the front desk never allowed my call through, nor did the manager ever call me back. Very unprofessional. I would not recomm

Our room was infested. We checked in late and woke up in the middle of the night to bugs. Our daughters were on the pull out and it had bugs too.

We informed the staff and they offered to refund our money before we asked.

I wish I had seen this website before our visit.

6/28/2013 Went to check in our room found a bed bug on the bed took a picture on my cellphone then took the bug to the manager and he said they do not have bed bugs he was very rude

Booked a work crew at this hotel. the following morning they were covered in bed bug bites. the pictures would make you sick! When they approached the hotel manager, he told them they got bit somewhere else and refused to any help or refund.
