I havent stayed but seriously. Dont stay there they have been infested with bed bugs for what seems like decades earliest report in 2006 its now 2019 and wtf shut them down disgusting rude unserviced p.o.s.health hazard multiple violations confirmed 5/8/2019 seen friend riddled in bites ridiculous she cant even be or go to work cus its a hazard for us

My daughter, son-in-law and grandson were staying here on an extended stay, which they had done last year (9/12-4/13) with no problems. We'd heard rumors about bed bugs but never saw a one. They were back there in March 2014, and my grandson and daughter were horribly bitten by them, when they complained (my son-in-law is 6'4 and intimidating) they were immediately moved to another room, but the bugs had gotten into their clothing. They complained and demanded to be able to use the washer/dryers
for free and the manager refused. My son-in-law took out his phone, and called the health department and made a complaint right in front of her. When she realized what he was doing she tried to cut in and tell him he could use the machines, and they'd have the exterminator out the next day.
It takes SIX WEEKS of treatments to get rid of bug beds. ALL mattresses, sofas, etc MUST be gotten rid of, and all linens washed with hot water and bleach... They refuse to do anything because it would mean shutting down rooms for a month and a half, and they're too cheap to do that.

Wish I'd read this before I stayed there!!! On Monday , April 21st I stayed at the Knights Inn in Racine WI. At 3AM I woke up itching. One spot on my neck. About the size of a half dollar. One on each of my sides. One about the same size and the other smaller. Red in color. In morning I went for coffee and told clerk about bits. Without any hesitation she said they were spider bits. I said I've never seen spider bits that big and itch like that. She said she'd have someone check my room. No one
came and I left at 9:30. I stayed visiting friends late and came back on Tues. night. Different room. I put my suitcase and cloths on coach. Big mistake. My cloths were full of bugs and I didn't know it. Next day after I left I started to itch. Bits all over my neck, front and arms. I called Wed. And ask to speak to owner or manager. I was told the manager would call me back after 2PM. I told the lady who answered the phone just what I just told you. At 4:30 PM I called back. A man answered this time. Went through the whole thing again. Found out the lady I talked to earlier IS the manager. The owner is a man. . Only there 15 min. a day. He'll check into it and call back tomorrow. Guess what??? No call back. I have two of the bugs I took off of me. Put them on paper with tape over them so I can prove what was on me. Now on number three tub of anti-itch cream. I was told I was the first person ever to complain about bits or bugs by lady number one. Ever had that said to you when you complain?? Try to make you fell there is something wrong with you for complaining. I'm going to send the bugs and a letter to the Health Department in Racine. I'm more upset about the way they treated me then I am about the BUGS. The bugs were just doing what bugs do. I wonder what their excuse is???

Stayed here on business 8/22/2012; hotel appeared seedy, rundown and transient. Used the old worn sofa in my room to set my luggage that must have been infested; found a bed bug in my suitcase after departing; was already at my next location when discovered (too far away to report it to manager), however, I did send an email to the parent company thru their website.

I stayed at this Hotel in October of this year.
Our room was filthy and I found black hair in my bed and on the towels. Went up to the front desk and asked for new linen and it took over an hour.
The next morning, I had red welts all over my feet, abdomen and arms. We did not know what I was bitten by, but we thought spiders. But when we lifted up the mattresses, we found the signs of bed bugs.
It was horrible and I have scars from the bites, as does my traveling companion.
No nearby bug reports
