Woke up at 2:00 am on October 1, 2015 to a bed bug crawling on my face. I caught it in a cup and called the front desk. They were very kind and switched me to another room. Unfortunately, upon calling to follow up, the management insisted that there was no issue and no bed bug. (And yes, it was a bed bug--I have a very clear photo in a nice La Quinta cup.)
