We were supposed to stay the night of March 28, 2019. We swam. My husband's jeans were on floor near bed while we swam. When we came up to dress there was a bed bug crawling on his pants. We verified with picture from the internet (plus my husband has a degree in biology/parasitology). Showed the front desk. They didn't seem surprised and immediately offered us refund for our room. Our adjoining room (that we had the door open and were back and forth through the whol
e time they tried to say was fine, "just shut the door and that room is safe". Finally a manger refunded both rooms and we dragged two crying kids home after 10 pm. We contacted local health department as well.
