Anytime we have a guest report a bed bug siting, we call our exterminator. The exterminator will check out the rooms on either side of the reported room and the rooms above and below. Our housekeepers are trained on what to look for. We have never had an infestation and have not found any bedbugs once they have been reported. Finding a bed bug in a room, does not mean the hotel is not clean. Guests can bring bed bugs into the rooms via their luggage, without even knowing it.

stayednday the 3rd th the 2nd and 3rd of sept. on the a.m. of the 3rd a bedbug was in the shower.
