They have bedbugs and I was bitten arms, back,and legs. Then when reported they downplay and do not take proper action. Now my luggage and everything may be contaminated, I am furious!! DO NOT STAY

I went to check in on 1/25/2011 and jokingly asked if they had ever had bedbugs. The lady at the front desk said not anymore. I asked how long ago they had them and she said its been at least a month or more since any sightings. I asked how they were sure they got rid of them and she said exterminators and new mattresses. The worst rooms had the mattresses taken out and replaced. She then said that my room was good because It had a new mattress. I did not feel comfortable and asked to cancel b
