12/3/2010-(check out date 12/4/2010) Room #220 2 queen bed room.
After a night's stay I had removed a pillow from the bed we were not sleeping on and revealed a large Bed Bug. upon find the bug, called the front desk of hotel to notify staff. Staff immediately sent a maintenance guy who collect the bug I had kept in a wrapper and confirmed it was a bed bug. Maintenance guy took headboards of to reaveal more bugs. Manager was notified and told us leave the room imediately... Reimbursed for night
s stay and ONLY $25 for laundry
