I stayed at this hotel for a work trip and ended up taking bed bugs home with me via my suitcase. When I returned home, I would wake up every morning with big, red, itchy bumps all over my arms, ankles, and feet. There is no other explanation for how or why I was getting these bumps... they were bed bugs. Come to find out, my home was inspected and confirmed by a pest company that it is indeed bed bugs, they were living in my box spring. I called the hotel general manager and lef

My colleague woke up after a one-night stay at this Courtyard Marriott location with bed bug bites across her torso. She complained to the hotel and they were extremely unsympathetic and did not offer to compensate her for her stay. Very disappointing.
