Pissed off customer on 11/05/2014

We went to stay at this motel for 2 nights to get out of the house with our 1 week old son, woke up the next morning to find a bed bug crawling across the sheets. Went and told front desk that I wanted a refund and he said all he could do is change my checkout day to that day but I would still be charged for staying the night. We arrived around 930 pm and left at 730 am. What a joke. This would of been 08/13/2014

One Mad Customer on 10/02/2014

Woke up to a bedbug crawling along the side of the mattress seam and noticed 3 blood secretions on the sheet. I left this hotel with 8 bed bug bites over my face, leg and arms. Horrible Experience and Horrible Management!! They did nothing after we complained and failed to follow proper procedure to come to the room and review the evidence of the bed bugs. Horrible Experience!
