I stayed at this hotel for three nights on a business trip. I noticed some bug bites on my legs the day I checked out, after I had already left the hotel (I was at the airport, so not even home). Instead of frantically calling to report in case these were just two bites, I waited for two more days to call and report that there could possibly be bed bugs. I wanted to be sure, and sure enough, about 15 bites showed up on my legs. I realize that there is a chance these bites did not come from this

hotel, but I noticed them the day I checked out, while I was at the airport. As I stated above, I called to report them two days later. I was told I would get a full report of inspection at the end of the next week. I never heard back and decided to call at the end of the week. At first, I was told there was an inspection done, it was clear and they would email it to me. I was then called back about 5 minutes later and the representative stated that in fact there was not an inspection done on the room because I never reported the bites during my stay, nor did the person staying in the room after me. Call me crazy, but I do find it crazy that TWO days after leaving the hotel to report a possible bed bug issue isn't enough to get an inspection. I WILL NOT be recommending this hotel to any New York friend or colleague travelers.

August 15-18, 2015
Major attack from bed bugs during my 3 night stay at the property.
Front desk told me the hotel just received brand new boxsprings & matress I every room. Not sure if the hotel realized they had a major bed bug issue ???
Stayed for only 3 nights but was scheduled to stay 7 nights.
Staff were totally NOT helping with the issue.

Extreme case of bed bug attacked on my entire upper body.
Went home to Florida a day early and ended up in my local emergency room. Bedbug attacked my face, neck, arms, hands, side near rib cage.
Literally 100's of bite marks.

Avoid 19th floor for certain !!!

Woke up with itchy feet on morning 2 of a 3 night stay. Worse on morning 3. Didn't know what was going on until I got home and consulted some family. Classic linear bite pattern. Very itchy.
