August 1st 2022 My son's bed had a bedbug crawling right across the pillow. We reported it to the front desk and got the runaround. They took a report in the security office. We were out of there quick!

After a stay in February of this year we awoke to bed bug bites on our wrists, back and hands. After notifying the front desk nothing was done. The incident was ignored. We checked out and left.
