I just discovered this registry, but need to report a past incident.
Last year, I stayed at The Hard Rock Casino in Las Vegas and the bed was CRAWLING!
Inexcusably, they wouldn't either offer me a new room, acknowledge a problem, or refund my money!

Stayed at the Hard Rock Hotel in the HRH tower from May 1-3, 2012. We woke up on the second morning to find a live bedbug on one of the beds in our room, and upon further inspection found 3 more on the curtains. We complained to the hotel and were told they needed a bio-inspection to confirm. Have not heard back since...
