Checked into The Westgate (former Hilton) Friday Aug 6th by Saturday the 7th we saw a bedbug in out bed. We notified staff, security filed a report and moved us to another room. Later Saturday when the new keycard didn't work I went to the desk and was told someone was already in the room we had just left!
