7/4/21 . hotel room was very dirty and it prompted me to check for bed bugs. sure enough, I found them right away and left the room immediately. The hotel refused to give me a refund but I also refused to stay in any of their rooms. They were given plenty of time to disclose this on their website but nothing has been fixed. I have seen more recent reviews confirming this. Stay away.
