We stayed in room 211 on Oct. 28th. I wrote the corporate office and told them that we were bitten by bed bugs and received a generic, we are so sorry and we always try to please our guests, back.

Found a bed bug on my bed after staying the first night. I complained to the folks at the front desk and they gave me a new room. The first thing I did was search the bed. Found more bed bugs in the second room.
