Stayed in room 935 from June 3rd to 8th. I initially never suspected bug bites because the room appeared to be very clean. I thought the bites on my arms and legs were from the mosquito bites because I stayed out in the grass a lot taking photos. When I came home, the itchy rashes started to develop, their appearance showed erythematous plaques in the group of 3s and 4s. I'm a physician so I can tell those are bed bug bites.

I'm very disappointed now and I hope I did not bring any bed bugs h

ome.

We stayed two nights in one of the hotel's casitas in the beginning of March 2014 and my entire family ended up covered in bed bug bites. I had never been bitten before and had a terrible reaction. The service from the hotel staff was also poor in addressing other needs.

I stayed at this location from November 8-12, 2013. I noticed the the 9th that I had bites on my arms, legs and feet. The next morning I reported it to the front desk and requested a different room. Within 15 minutes of switching my room the head housekeeper called me and told me room 1209 was bedbug free. It's now the 12 th and my body is covered in bites. These bites itch terribly and seem to be in rows on my skin. Nobody from management ever contacted me during my stay.
My main concern is br

inging these bugs home!! To think I paid $600.00 to be eaten alive. I was moved to room 1225.

I stayed at your hotel July 6, 2013-July 8, and also noticed after my room had been switched, for the accomodation of my family, from a casita to an executive suite. The casita was room 2032 and the executive suite was 748 and 750, in which the rooms were very nice. The morning of checkout I noticed bites all over my arms...elbows...and upper thighs, which I mistook for mosquito bites. I arrived home and days later the bites have not only gotten worse but itch very badly. I later found out that

they were bed bug bites....Thank God my 7 year old slept on the sleeper sofa that night, even though I checked her also. Thos hotel has to be aware of these problems because I refuse to believe I'm the first or the last to report this Bed Bug issue. I will be reporting them to the Better Business Bureau. SO DISGUSTED :-(

I stayed here Tuesday through Friday, May 3-6, 2011. I found bites on my ankles, wrists, and back. At first, I thought they were insect bites from a day outside, but I continued to find them after being indoors a couple days for a business meeting. I told the hotel of my concerns, and they were indifferent. Very disappointing. Now I am afraid they may be in my luggage.
