Our family of four made reservations online after seeing that this hotel had a three-star rating.
After checking in on Friday February 18, 2011 we located our ground floor room and began to move our luggage in. Before unpacking, though, we pulled down a corner of the bedspread and sheet on one of the double beds to inspect it and there was a bedbug! Given that this bug was so easy to detect, we suspected there were many more lurking in the shadows.
We immediately left the room with all o
ur belongings and notified the manager who offered us another room. Instead, we cancelled our reservations there and moved on to another hotel.
