I stayed at this Hotel on June 2-3rd, 2015! Room 729. I reported to front desk and they acted like it was no big deal! They kinda down played the situation! I requested to be moved to s new room

I STAYED AT THE MOTEL MARCH 9-11 2014. I HAD BED BUGS IN MY ROOM 454 AND WHEN REPORTED TO MANAGMENT THEY COULD NOT HAVE CARED ANY LESS. THEY OFFERED 2 FREE DRINKS AT THE BAR FOR COMPENSATION FOR LETTING BED BUGS CHEW ON ME FOR TWO NITES. I DID MOVE TO A DIFFERENT ROOM, THEY DID NOT WANT TO DO ANYTHING ABOUT THE COST OF ROOMS BUT FINALLY DID GIVE ME TWO NITES FREE. WOULD NOT RECOMMEND THIS MOTEL TO ANYONE. WHAT A JOKE FOR A NAME BRAND MOTEL.
