I also had the unfortunate experience in staying in Room 11925. After staying there from 9/17-9/23 for a conference. I did not experience symptoms until I arrived home however and thought maybe it was an allergic reaction to something. It progressively got worse so I went to the Dr and was told it was bed bug bites.

I called the hotel to let them know. They emailed me later that day letting me know they will look into the matter AFTER the current occupant of the room departed on 10/6.

I responded telling them they need to get the current occupant out NOW! No one else should go through this! Then I did some research and found out someone else stayed in 11925 in July and had a similar experience. I sent them this link saying it likely is not a coincidence we were in the same room. They replied saying they were going to "connect with the guest".

Stayed at this Hotel June 26 - 30, 2022, for a business trip (tradeshow at the Convention Center). Each morning I awakened with bites on my neck and forearms. Not knowing what they were, I assumed mosquito bites but wasn't sure how I could have encountered mosquitoes because I was indoors all day and evening.

When I returned home, I had more than 35 bites. Went to my doctor. Doctor took one look and said "Bedbug bites".

Room was 19th floor, room 11925
