On May 28,2015, my granddaughter and I spent the night at Country Inns & Suites, 7701 Universal Blvd., Orlando, Florida. The hotel was very clean, as is custom of Carlson properties. In fact, I was very impressed with the hotel staff, from the front desk to the breakfast personnel and made sure I tipped the room attendant. However, when I returned home the next day, I noticed that I was having a problem with my left ear. I put my finger in and wiggled it around to try to relieve the itching, to
no avail. Finally, I inserted a hairpin, and to my horror, pulled out a bug full of blood. After going online, then taking the bug to a pharmacy (it was dead), it was determined that it was a bedbug! I immediately informed CI&S of the problem and rec'd. a call from Ms. Joanne Hollstein (phonetic spelling), stating the room had been checked and no bugs were found. Really??? If staying here be sure to bring bed bug spray.

November 2011 had a terrible bed bug experience bites all over all 3 of us. Maintness identified The problem imediatly when searching our room. Hotel did not offer to wash our clothing we had to put everything in garbage bags and go to a laundry mat. Not a way we wanted to spend our Thansgiving vacation.

Spent the night of June 14,2011 in room 232. Woke up itching my foot and had 4 bites.
No nearby bug reports
