There are bed bugs in numberous apartments in this apartment complex but many of the tenants are elderly and vulnerable and don't want to cause any trouble so they don't say anything. They are in the base boards hiding in closets and come out at night to feed on the people. The management team wont allow any exterminating service in only there own!! No one knows who this is. I will be contacting the West Allis health department to notify them too. The bites are on my daughter's arms, neck and
