I found bedbugs about one month ago in my apartment, and found out that the entire complex (6 units) was infested. Two tenants moved out, one leaving behind several pieces of infested furniture. The landlord, Sue Hanes, is not willing to pay for an exterminator to treat the complex. She recently rented out a unit that was infested. I'm assuming she has not told the new tenant about the existing problem. The bugs are still active in the other units.
