I think the previous poster is delusional...I currently live there and I've never had them...of course I cooperated with the manager and was properly prepared for all inspections...

Now there was a problem before manager arrived and he cleared them up quickly...

I lived at the Oleta Apartments from 2007 until early 2011. While living there, the building had AT LEAST four different bed bug scares and underwent both heat and chemical treatments. Although they have the canine units to come in and inspect for the bugs often, I would highly reccomend NOT living there.. I got bitten in 2010 and saw bedbugs the size of small ladybugs! They are one of (if not the) worst CHHIP buildings, and the manager at the time was delusional, dishonest, and flakey. The prob
