I had lived at this location up until recently and was forced out by an infestation that wasn't dealt with professionally or aggressively until it spread to several units. They also have rented out units I can only assume after the fact with out full disclosure. Lastly they put the burden of dealing with this issue for the most part on the tenants that were not responsible for the initial infestation taking advantage of them for not knowing city and state tenant laws.
