In July, 2009 I had a light infestation of bedbugs that originated from the apartment next door to me. The bedbugs came through the electrical outlet from our adjoining wall. The tenant was so heavily infested that the bedbugs were traveling to find human food sources. The apartment above and the apartment below his apartment got bedbugs, in addition to my apartment.
