July 2005 I moved into a furnished apartment on the 7th floor of River Place East and promptly moved out two days later. It was entirely infested with bedbugs- couch, bed, carpet - I even found bedbugs in the kitchen. Landlord at first refused to refund my first month's lease and security deposit, but when his wife toured the apartment she insisted that he pay back every penny. The apartment was filthy.
