and they don't need to inform anyone in the bldg of possible infestations. No notifications of the infestations or death were given to anyone on the same floor or above and below. Which I found ridiculous! I have never in my past 20yrs of renting in other locations including overseas had bugs. EVER!!! They don't have the responsibility but they sell these places to unsuspecting clients. I am sure the person who bought this place didn't know about the death nor the infestation. This building is disgusting and I can't wait to move. I just feel for my landlord who is a nice guy. However, I can't deal with bugs period.
