From early 2010 until I moved out in June 2010. At one point I had over 50 bites. Many bedbugs - one elevator even had "Bed bugs" written in marker on the wall in black marker, and beware Bugs written in black marker on the stairwell wall. I had them all over. They supposedly treated one time (including going so far as to request residents to remove the covers over electrical plates) but can't tell how effective that was since by then I had already tossed about everything that could harbor them
