Radison Hotel

Was there August of '09. Can't remember room number. Bed bugs bit my wife. We caught one. I went to front desk with it. They though it was a roach. I informed them otherwise and asked for my money back. They said they could not give me my money back because I went through a third party (orbitz) to book the room. On my way back to the room and back down to the car I told everyone I saw about the bed bugs. They called the police. My family and I drove to another hotel at 1 am. In
