My boyfriend and I found bedbugs in our apartment here in March 2010 after living there for just under a year. Because neither of us are apparently allergic, we showed neither bites nor itching, and the only way we knew we had a problem was by seeing the bedbugs crawling around on the walls. Turns out, we had a significant infestation, with the only sign being bugs themselves and blood spots on the sheets. After getting unexplained bug bites, we took apart our bed and found bed bugs in the folds of the mattress and in the frame of our bed.

We got bed bug powder, cleaned everything with wood oil soap, and got covers for our mattress and box spring.

We moved several months later, got rid of our mattress, box spring, and bed frame, and did not have any other problems at our new location.

2/14/09 Crystal Plaza - Bites started a few months ago. After thorough cleaning, we only found like 10 bugs. I think the infestation is still in the beginning stages. We plan on notifying management.
