May 2010 - I experienced a minor bed bug issue which was resolved quickly thanks to the great management company and the excellent pest control company (Innovative Pest Management with a board certified Entomologist on staff) hired by the management company. I experienced no problems after treatment, now 5 months later.

Apartments #3, 6, 1, & 2 to my knowledge all have had bedbug activity in the past 3 years.
Most recent bad infestations are in #6 and #3.
Landlord did not advise residents of problems in adjacent apts and that has contributed to the spread.
