Disappointed on 08/18/2011

We stayed at the Super 8 Moab, June 10 - June 12, 2011. In room 129. We felt itchy when we were there thinking maybe from the dryness. The next day my husband had the most bites, then myself, then my 11 year old daughter. The bites are very distinctive in lines, and way more itchy than other bites. I called the manager to tell her what happened, and was very rudely told they would investigate it. I was told they would call me and tell me the results. No call... So I called once again, and
