The Renwick Square Apts have an infestation.
About a week after moving in, in 2010, I noticed my kids with an itchy break out over their stomach & arms. So, I checked their room & noticed these insects crawling in the closet,carpet & between mattresses. At first I didn't know what the were until checking the Net. When I contacted the Mgmt. office they denied any infestation & told me I had brought them in. They sent someone to fumigate, twice, but I still had them. I could not stand it !!! Had
to get rid of all my furnishings. I wanted to move out!!!To get out of my lease they made me sign a waiver stating I had brought the bugs with me when I moved in.
