ed bugs around the entire perimeter of our bed. on the bed and on the sheets, it was horrifying. i went to the property manager and told him that we had BED bugs, he wrote done "bugs" on a work order and told me he would handle it, i informed him it wasn't bugs but BED bugs and he didn't seem to care. No one showed up. we collected hundreds of bed bugs in a jar and finally fed up 9 months later my boyfriend complained and told him that we have been complaining for months and that he needed to do something NOW and that we should be reimbersed for the furniture we had to thorw away because by this time they had migrated to our sofas and closets. Killian, the property manager started to cuss at my boyfriend and threatend to evict us right then. After that he finally sent someone from Adam's pest control to come and check it out. The adams guy saw our infestation and looked like he was about to puke. he had never seen an infestation so bad and told us that they had to have been there for years. he sparyed that day and said he would have to come back with a team to SPARY. the following friday we returned home to a letter saying they set off bug bombs, but they didn't spray. I'm sure Killian decided to not foot the bill for the proper treatment. Weived in apartment #12 and am sure it is not the only apartment in this complex that is infested. i would stay away from any of his properties. bedbugs aren't the only bug problem here. Not only did he not atempt to fix the problem till it was way too late, but he was rude and disrespectful to us about it. We have heard from other people from his other rental properties (not just the SIERRA APARTMENT were we lived) that they too have bed bugs.
