We also live on the 4th floor and moved in just a few months ago. What a mistake! weve been told there was a few sprays but the bites continue to happen. even bought bed bug proof mattress covers. DONT MOVE HERE! I cant even have my 3yr old son over for sleep overs any more because he woke up with bites all over his body.

It's 12:40am and can't sleep due to bugs crawling on me. I live on the fourth floor. They sprayed Monday but can feel them still after vacum and good cleaning. How can i say this...... There have been bed bugs on this floor for over a year! Ehhhhh, they are clueless here, they really are. Waiting on the spray to kill them, the note says few days, well it's been a year, so i have no choice but to wait. I want to move, but scared i will bring the bugs. My advice is.... Beg bugs found in suit this building is littered with bugs want to moveout due to this problem. They have sprayed only a few suits but they need to do all suits to get rid of this prolem people should not have to live with bugs!

i lived in this building for 2 months! my apartment was totally renovated before i had moved in. i had a bed bug infestion, i had to move out on my lease to do the bed bugs! i litterally had millions. now this rental company is harrassing me for money owed, saying i never paid my security deposit. all in all, besides the dirtyness of this building, the landlords are very unprofessional and very dis organized! it was one this after another. please dont live here!!

I lived in this building in 2008 when it was undergoing renovations and transition from an apartment to condominium. I did not see any bed bugs while I lived there but I was not home much. I did however have itchy welts on my arms and legs for some unknown reason. I thought I was allergic to the new shower gel I bought. After I moved out of the apartment, I discovered 1 large bed bug and 1 small bed bug on my mattress one day. This was the 1st time I have ever encountered bed bugs. It started

This building has a bedbug problem. I have lived in 2 different suites and had BBs in both of them. The first time was in 2008, and I was told the bugs had come up from the suite below which had been sprayed for an infestation. This first case was mild, a few poisoned sick bugs, easily eliminated. My 2nd experience with BBs began in late 2009 in another suite. It took 3 sprays and 4 months to get rid of the bugs in my apt. A few months later, they were back, from another suite I suspect. I

this building is over run with bugs,taken me 4 months and 5 treatments by a professional exterminator to make it liveable.barely liveable. management denies them,but will spray instantly if challenged.don"t live here if your not willing to throw your furniture away.very rotten experience all together.
