Bedbugs are fully entrenched in this building. Most likely impossible to erradicate because of its age and construction design. Showers are dirty and slimy, full of black mold. Management can't even keep the parking spot assignment straight. The place is hot as hell in summer,also can be hot as hell in winter or cold. Antiquated heating system that has very poor control. The hallways are always smelling of dope. I would not recommend this place to anyone unless you are on your way to skid row.

Bedbugs and ants from hell!!! on 02/26/2011

I lived at this location for 3 years but the last 1 year was hell. I had multiple bed bugs, and ants infestations. My apartment was sprayed for bed bugs 2 times they still came back. The place where they were so bad was my bed. Crawling on me at night never got a good sleep. Waking up in the morning and seeing bed bugs dead or crawling on sheets or inside the mattress lining they crawl and hide the bed bugs. It got so bad that me and 5 other tenants where sleeping in our cars at night. Just to

i had asked the land lord to replace my locks and to get rid of the bed bugs and they refused to deal with both problems. they do not take of the mold that is located in all the bathrooms. and anapestics in all bathrooms and bedrooms

Bedbug activity for more than a year. Professional exterminators called in several times. More than 6 suites in dorm style building had bedbugs, some large infestations.
