A question for the one who moved from one neisner building to another one. If you have such strong feelings about neisner buildings why would you even move to another one?

As a response about Adam Neisner apartments. We have lived in the building for over 3 years and have never had any bedbugs in our suit (even if there have been in other apartments). I feel people should take responsibility as well as the landlord. The bugs just don't appear on their own, they have to be brought in BY the tenant . a guest or even from contact through clothing or some place they may have visited.

As a landlord, we have no control over bedbug infestion. We do not bring in the bedbugs, they are usually a result of what is brought into the building by the tenants and/or their guests.

For example, used furniture, luggage, clothing etc. We do our best as landlord to participate in remedying the situation, at our expense, and feel that the landlord is wrongly blamed by some tenants. Full participation by the tenant is required in order to help combat the situation and many times, we just

been living in the building for not even a month,its another adam neisner building.The exterminator that they have doing there work does a very poor job.Daryl from reiss exterminators.Adam Neisner does not think twice about taking your money,they dont care as long as they dont have to live in these conditions.We were told if we do not like it we can move out.Talk to Marilyn at (306)569-1424

October 14, 2010. Haven't lived here long. I know there is a lot of bedbug outbreaks happening now everywhere. Tuesday found a bedbug in the bathroom sink and on Wednesday morning i was bitten. Took the bug to Poulins and it was a bedbug.
