Bed bugs and black mold..

Many of the units here have been ripped apart for mold growing in the walls - a huge problem in this building, but bed bugs were all the talk by people on the 11th floor... Our contractors rented the suites there and all of them complained about the bugs... No one wanted near them when they did.

Considering how awful mold and bugs can be, we couldn't recommend renting in here...
