I know renters in this apartment building and it is infested with cockroachs and bedbugs. The exterminaters don't kill them. Tenents are afraid to report it for fear of being evicted.

This is a low income apartment building and it is huge. Please someone help the tenants that live there. Many are poor or sick and cannot afford to treat the infestation. I know a person who is sick and workers from the state do not want to go there because of the bugs. Someone has to do something about this.
