Itchy on 06/17/2009

The apartment had been sprayed about two weeks prior to us moving in (the landlord did not inform us). It is now about two months later and they are back. We have bites everywhere and as of yet have not been able to contact the landlord. They have noticed bites downstairs as well, and the problem seems to be spreading throughout the triplex.
