Delta Hotel, Montreal Oct 1-2, 2011.
After a late night out with friends, I woke up at 5am to find very itchy bites on my arm. I searched the bed and found a bedbug. I called the front desk and the night staff didn't seem to have any type of plan in place to deal with this type of situation. The young man that came to our room to check didn't say much except that, yes it was a bedbug. They switched our room but at that point we were too upset and grossed out to go back to sleep.
