I got infected with bed bugs within just 2 months of moving into this building.
Spoke to the lanlord and they had the exterminator come... what was weird is that it did not seem like anything new to them. This building is really infected.
1 month after geeting exterminated... I HAVE AN INFESTATION AGAIN!!
i am trying to get rid of this place now and find somewhere clean. i can't stop but feel dirty in this place.
It did not help going downstairs today and finding someone shit in fron
t of the office door and puke in the hallway. Stay away.

Moved to 175 Sherbrooke in 2009 and the apartment was under renovations. The windows did not close properly and the screens did not keep out any bugs. This apartment was crawling with bugs - everything from giant spiders to creepy crawlers. I actually got bitten on the back and infected by these bug bite marks. For example, two of my bite marks were on regular mosquito marks. They were very bug and filled with white/yellow puss - which popped regularly. It was a major health and sanitation is
sue that the building ignores. I had to see a doctor and get per scripted medication to live in this building. The contract is ridiculously hard to get out of too. They really believe your only right is to stay in a bug infested apartment. The doctor suggested that this building had too many bugs to live in. I complained to the management who took their sweet time to get things fixed. It has been almost a year and my apartment still has bugs crawling through the many cracks and holes of the apartment. There have been uninvited insect visitors all year round!!
