We booked 4 rooms at the Celebrities Hotel. The second night, I woke up all bitten up and itchy and when I turned on the light, found a bed bug right next to my boyfriend's head. When we stripped the bed, we found more. We immediately checked out but had to find a laundromat to launder all our belongings - not a fun way to spend a vacation day.

We were staying at Celebrities Hotel & Suites on Rue St. Denis in Montreal. We were staying there April 16, 2011 and encountered a number of bugs in our bed. We called the concierge and since there was no rooms available in that hotel we were sent to another one. I have no idea if they have done anything about the problem. We saw about 15-20 bugs in that matter of 15 minutes.
