Still infected despite attempts from management to keep things under control. I suspect poor exterminator service and or pesticide being used.
Wish that there was something more they could do. Consequently, I am looking for another place I can't take this for very much longer and I have only been here for 2 months.

Management has paid for extermination, very quick to respond, but no information has been distributed on post-treatment/further prevention and my own attempts at communication with the extermination company have been largely unsuccessful (my fault: bad French). I have been taking preventive measures based on my own independent research.
