I got bedbugs in my 3 1/2 appartment, in a multi-unit. I discovered them 3 weeks later because of the itches and because I saw one running on my bed at 4 am. My landlord didn't want to pay for extermination of the whole block, so I payed for the treatment of my appartment and moved 2 weeks later.
