Apartment C (Third floor), but most likely in all three apartments within building.
Move in date: Mid-September 2008.
Started noticing bites: Beginning of October 2008.
Realized what they were and notified landlord: Mid-November 2008.
Notified landlord who does not understand the severity of a bed bug infestation, called an exterminator who sprayed twice in December 2008, to no avail.
Infestation worsened from Jan-Feb 2009 and could not get a hold of the exterminator to come s
pray again.
Move out date: March 5, 2009, leaving behind most of our belongings, furniture, clothes, etc and taking all precautions to make sure we did not take the bugs with us.
The worst part about this is that this apartment is now posted on craigslist since we abandoned it. The landlord notified our downstairs neighbors who did not seem fazed by the bed bugs. Nothing is being done about this problem at this address. Please, renters beware.
